Club Magnolia began long before we welcomed our first guests in 2008.

• Long before there was a property.
• Before there was a logo.
• Before there was even a name.

Before Club Magnolia, I spent my career as a chef and hospitality professional, creating restaurants, hotels, special events, and hospitality experiences where every detail mattered.

It was there I learned that exceptional experiences are rarely defined by one extraordinary meal or one beautiful setting. They’re shaped by hundreds of thoughtful decisions that guests may never notice—but always appreciate.

The more time I spent in Augusta during Tournament Week, the more I realized there was an opportunity to create something that simply didn’t exist.

Not because Augusta lacked tradition. But because I believed there was room for an experience that raised the standard.

Not simply another hospitality experience. But one guests would build their Tournament Week around.

• One that felt distinctly Southern.
• Distinctly Augusta.
• Authentically Club Magnolia.

My mother, Pat, became my greatest sounding board, creative partner, and constant source of encouragement.

She spent her career creating immersive retail environments and trade show experiences, where turning bold ideas into reality was simply what she did.

She had an extraordinary ability to see what something could become long before it existed.

I brought the vision. She challenged it, refined it, made it stronger. Together, we kept asking one simple question:

Why not?

We shared a philosophy.

We never set out to build another hospitality experience. We set out to build the one we wished already existed.

When Club Magnolia welcomed its first guests in 2008, that vision became reality.

Although my mother is no longer with us, her creativity, encouragement, and unwavering belief that every detail matters continue to shape everything we do.

While Club Magnolia continues to evolve each year, the philosophy behind it never will.
